    Senator Palumbo moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 63--A Bill to amend and reenact §60A-1-101 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §60A-2-201 and §60A-2-204 of said code, all relating to defining key terms; modifying the authority of the Board of Pharmacy to add or delete substances to the schedules of controlled substances or reschedule substances; and adding synthetic cannabinoids synthetic, cocaine-like substances and N-benzylpiperazine to the Schedule I list of controlled substances.
